Term And Conditions
1. Plot booking must be confirmed after advance payments (25 % of Plot cost finalized or 1 lakh whichever will be higher).
2. Rest payment will be made within 30 days of Booking date.
3. Documentation and legal charge will be applicable extra.
4. Legal Documents of property will be handover within 1 months after completion of payment.
5. Cancellation of deal should be informed to company within 10 days from Booking date.
6. Refund of payment after cancellation will be credit back to same account within 45 working days after cancellation deal through Message, WhatsApp or Email.
7. Exchange of plot in another scheme will not be applicable.
8. After 30 Days No payment will be refunded.
