⦁ Plot booking must be confirmed after advance payments (15 % of Plot cost finalized or 1 lakh whichever will be higher)
⦁ Rest payment will be made with in 15 days of Booking date.
⦁ Documentation and legal charge will be applicable extra.
⦁ Legal Documents of property will be handover within 1 months after completion of payment.
⦁ Cancellation of deal should be informed to company before 10 days from Booking date.
⦁ Refund of payment after cancellation will be credit back to same account within 45 working days after cancel form intimation or submission.
⦁ Exchange of plot in another scheme will not be applicable.
